Prostaff Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("Prostaff", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

- Details you give us in the enquiry form: name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a client or candidate, and your message.
- Information you share when applying for a role, such as your CV and work history.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (for example IP address and browser type), kept by our hosting provider for security.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide staffing, search and consulting services.
- To match candidates with suitable roles at client organisations, with the candidate's consent.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share candidate details with a prospective employer only for the purpose of a placement. We also use trusted service providers (such as website hosting and form handling) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.
Messages sent through the enquiry form are received by our website host, Netlify (netlify.com), which emails each one to our inbox. Some background photographs on the home page are served by Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which receives your IP address and browser details when it delivers them. Fonts are served from our own website.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's session storage is used only to remember that the opening animation has already played.
